Alubat Shipyard builds lightweight centerboard aluminum yachts. The new range of Ovni sailboats is a collaboration between the design offices of Mortain/Mavrikios and CBA.
The lifting centerboard sailboats integrate the design criteria for long range cruising (Category A certification). The centerboard can be lifted manually or by an hydraulic system and has many benefits. These include navigating in shallow water areas to find secure anchorages without fear of causing damage.

Avoiding fiberglass is the easiest way to prevent future water pollution. Aluminum is a fully recyclable alternative to fiberglass hulls which are notoriously difficult to dispose of.
